Welcome to the Amen Quartet Concert!
Welcome! It's Constant Concert Time!
Come anytime for some GOOD OLD GOSPEL SINGING featuring The Amen Quartet. They're singing favorites-- both old and new. So sit back listen in, sing along if you want-- and enjoy.
It's easy to play the songs, just click on the Play (arrow) button on each song player. With as many songs as I've packed into the Concert it may take a few moments to load everything up, especially with a dial-up connection. Please be patient. It's worth the wait!

Good Old Gospel Singing |
Let's take a trip down memory lane . . . to a little pine log cabin . . . nestled at the foot of the hill . . . in the land of my dreams.
Little Pine Log Cabin |
When you listen to the Amen Quartet, that's ME singing bass, with MYSELF on the baritone, 'cause I always wanted to sing lead. But then we wondered-- who'd sing tenor? 'Til YOURS TRULY hit that real high "C!" Or was it a "G?" . . . or a "B?" . . . Well, most of the time things work out wonderfully, but when there's an upset-- I don't have anyone to blame . . . . except MYSELF!
Now here's an old-time favorite that features each part in the Quartet. See if you call tell who's singing what!

King David in the Psalms sang, "Once I was young; now I'm old; but I've never seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." It's comforting to realize that God takes care of His own.
By request!-- Someone really likes the "Grandma" song. And it's one of my favorites, too.
I was driving home from a Saturday Night Singing. The group that closed the program sang, "What A Day," as the finale. I was humming that classic tune when the melody began to take on a life of its own . . . and this song, "Streets Of Gold," was born.
My closing song comes from the very last words found in the very last chapter of the New Testament.
Bye for now. Come back anytime for more GOOD OLD GOSPEL SINGING! Blessings on you and yours.
